An idiot who makes up conditions to make themselves seem more important than what they are, or they more than likely use pre-existing conditions.
Steve: I'm insane, did you know that?
Joe: Dumbass, it is impossible to declare yourself insane
Steve: What?
Joe: To be insane, you lose all concept of judging sanity, which you claim you no longer have, so it is impossible to declare insanity, you conidiot

Conidiot 

1. The opposite of a coronaphobe. A sloppy word invented by the aforementioned party to shame people who do not hoard toilet paper and Pringles.

2. A person whose brain is incapable of admitting fault, and who instead refers to a pandemic as China Virus
Normal person: *walks outside to get mail*
Coronaphobic neighbor busy body: "Look, I have the moral high ground and more toilet paper. Time to watch to conidiots burn! Quick, grab the camping chairs and week 1's bagels."

Covidioscurity 

Covidioscurity (/kəʊvidaɪɒskjʊəriti/) means a discrimination policy in the distribution of health and preventive facilities in the fight against COVID-19.

Appellation:
Covidioscurity consists of three morphemes. Composed of Covid + Dioscuri + ity.
Dioscuri (/daɪɒsˈkjʊərɪ/) the Greek name for the twin brothers: Castor and Pollux In Greek mythology. Their mother was Leda but they had different fathers. Castor was mortally and Pollux was immortality.
1- Some Managers have followed the covidioscurity policy of distributing health-related material between the personnel.

2- Covidioscurity's unjust and diabolical policy is not to cut off chain of infection but On the contrary, it will be caught like Boomerang on their own.
