Bob the Builder

A woman who financially supports and ‘builds up’ a broke ass man who can’t provide for his woman, under the guise that they are making a shared life and future together. When the guy is eventually affluent and can provide, he will leave Bob for a younger chick who he can provide for. Popularised by online relationship guru She Ra Seven.

I don’t know what she sees in that guy. She must be a Bob the Builder.

Bob the Builder is classic cartoon character that claims he can "fix" anything, along with his team of work vehicles. He was created by Keith Chapman, also the creator of Nickelodeon's PAW Patrol

When Bob the Builder asks "Can we Fix It?", you're supposed reply, "YES WE CAN!". However some people say " NO WE CAN'T!"

builder's remorse

When a corporation or institution (museum, university), signs off on the creation of a new building for itself, usually designed by a "starchitect", convinced that this new "home" will bestow prestige, success, and street-cred among its associates, patrons, and even its rivals. Occurrence usually coincides with various economic "bubbles" where cash seems to be overflowing everywhere. (See also: "Irrational Exuberance")

"Now that Time Warner has officially divorced itself from AOL, don't you think they have at least a bit of builder's remorse for that huge hunk of new rock in Manhattan?"
