A shortened/abbreviated term for the word pancake. Often used by strong and sexy men as a sexual word inplace for penis or also commonly found in (sexual) recipe's.

Sour Cake

When a man takes a Warhead hard candy, and crushes it up to a liquid almost. That man then takes the sugar and rubs it all over the outside of a condom and recieves oral.
