A city located right above and close to Sacramento. It is a growing city that is gaining in population fast due to people leaving the Bay Area. It is rampant with gangs such as Nortenos, Surenos and Bloods. The city is famous for its huge Sikh Parade that it holds every year that people from all around the world attend.

I walked into my grandmas nursing home and on the front door someone tagged a dick on the front door labeled “Dick City”. It was off the chain. Even my grandma liked the veins!
