Breached sea level 

When you take an epic dump, you turn to look in the toilet, and the massive pile of crap is above the water level in the toilet bowl.

Can also be used as "Breaching", if in the current process of taking a dump.
Guy #1 "Dude! I totally just Breached sea level in your toilet!"

Guy #2 "Holy Crap!"

Guy #1 "That's what I said!"

A form of question often asked by GOP senators in order to produce an effect or to make a statement rather than to elicit information.
