Someone that doesn't have a clue about working with technology. They can't work myspace and send attachments on emails.
Could also be when you have a techno-peasant moment. This is when your mind strikes a blank working with your computer.

Karin: "Man just saw the coolest music video on youtube!"
Jei: "What is youtube?!?"
Karin: "Where have you been? Your such a techno-peasant!"

Matt :"Maybe you should add the video track when you export your timeline! Then you would have a picture!!!"
Jei :"Agh, man i'm such an idiot, i totally forgot!"
Matt :"haha, techno-peasant!"

Interruptions that are due to the number of technological device notifications you get on a daily basis. This could be multiple incoming IM messages, email notifications, SMS messages and others that all require your IMMEDIATE attention

When a person (usually and old person who grew up without a computer) has no clue how to use modern day technology. For instance they can not operate a simple flat screen TV, record TV shows on a DVR, or use Word on a computer.

Techno pack rat

One who downloads a vast array of music and movies from the internet by less than legal ways, but will not get rid of either after either watching it or losing interest in it. This causes the person in question to need more and more space for more and more useless media.

Dude, fucking Christian said he needed a terabyte hard drive because he's a huge techno pack rat. He's already seen every movie he has on there, and doesn't even listen to most of the music. What a fuckwad.
