Poser is a person in their 20s or under who dresses so much like a skater that their outfit screams to people that they skateboard yet they don’t even have a skateboard or have one but doesn’t know how to use one but brings it with them but doesn’t use it. Posers may hold their Trucks or do Mongo Pushing and brag about their fake grindings from their skateboard and that they’re so good at skateboarding, Until someone asks them to do an Ollie and ends up getting injured causing themselves to be embarassed and everyone calling them “Posers”

Kid: Hey! Do a Kickflip!
Poser: Oh Uh Okay… “Attempts an Ollie and falls”

Poked is a term to refer to being stabbed in Toronto slang (maybe elsewhere). Pokes is also a term referring to a bladed/pointed weapon.

(I hope this helps some people when living or visiting Toronto. My best ways of surviving a knife attack is de-escalating if possible, giving a robber what they want; your items can be replace and gotten back not your life. NEVER get caught in a corner, run or get to anywhere people will see you, hear you whatever. AND IF YOU HAVE TO FIGHT BACK FIGHT DIRTY.
