Love Sick

Definition 1. When you finally realize you like someone, and you feel so many butterflies it's like you have a stomach bug. However, it's not a terrible feeling.

Definition 2. When you realize you messed up big time with the person you like. This type of 'love sick' does feel terrible.

1. John: Dude, my stomach feels weird every time I talk to Jenny.

Jason: Bro, you are love sick.

2. Mary: Brayden just told me he likes me, but I completely choked and told him I didn't like him! Now, I feel absolutely terrible.

Marissa: I mean, he is your best friend you've liked for a while, and you kinda did mess up.

Elina sickness

When you get sick after thanksgiving every year since 7 grade. Usually sick for about a month. The same symptoms every year, but not contagey.

My longest standing tradition is my Elina sickness, I get it every year after thanksgiving. #sosadbruv

The Sickness

This is also an old or possibly ancient nautical term used to describe the condition in which a sailor falls in love with ocean going life or even the sea itself. One with this condition may spend several years upon the waters with only brief time ashore.

I can't believe Hugh turned 62 today and he already has 37 years seatime(1 year seatime =365 days at sea) he must have been young when he got the sickness.
