Expression used between girls to explain how you get something you want by using a mans weak desires especially when it comes to getting away with doing things you shouldn't.

Show a bit of tits and teeth in other words give a nice smile use your looks and even play a little dumb.. as sweet and innocent as possible.. most men will do what you want.
