Scrut

Noun; A low life person, usually with multiple non-running vehicles and or trash on their front lawn. Alcohol and drugs are synonymous with a "Scrut." Scruts are people with very little to no class, and are found in low-income areas.

SCRUTI- pronounced (SCREW-TEE) adjective slang word deriving from the word SCRUTINIZE. Typically used by urban Latinos and Hispanics. Scruti is a term used to describe a ignorant hoe who dislikes, judges and discriminates you and everything you do.
