Origin not clear. Al Capone had the nickname Snorky, but the latest usage of the term appears to be unrelated to that.

That was a snorky thing to say.

Snorgtees 

Obnoxious t-shirts that are worn by anorexic girls in their late teens and early twenties. Alas, they are now advertised all over Urban Dictionary. People typically spend about fifteen dollars to wear them, which is the same number as their IQ.

Jenny: I just spent thirty dollars on two different snorgtees! I just couldn't think of a better way to spend my money!

Someone who is being snorkeling is a person being silly in a cute kind of way. People usually want to hang out with a snorky person if they want someone to cheer them up since snorky people are positive, sweet and funny all at once.
