When one human is having sex with another human, the top "the tree" will be on hands and knees while the "sloth" hangs limply with their legs wrapped around the trees trunk (waist) and their arms wrapped around the trees neck with clawed hands. (Tree can use one arm to hold sloth;tree does all the work, sloth does sloth like things)
