The male act of having picture taken with his Scrotum sac hanging out of his pants.

Also the act of shaming an intoxicated person using afforementioned method. Usually laying the scrotum on the forehead of that person.

"Anyone who can't handle thier liquor in this frat will be scrotographed and shamed."

Aggressive (often drunken) sex characterized by the sound of bodies slapping together, a general lack of traditional tender romance, and licentious screams of "oh baby" and "do you like that" and "fuck me harder, sergeant!"

Or what we did in Chris's bathroom and living room after he told us not to.

Weak, feeble, unenergetic. (to have no scrotum) Can be said about a male or female.

I drank too much last night and I feel scroteless today. I know it sucks, but (s)he's too damn scroteless to do anything about it. That's the most scroteless vacuum cleaner I ever tried to use.

(noun) Catch-all derogatory expression meaning ridiculous, lame, lucky, or a fluke. Most often used in exasperation by the party who has just been defeated or screwed over by a longshot, lucky bounce, or otherwise flukey play.
