A so-called 'hoe' is someone (typically a thirsty girl that doesn't drink enough water) who stalks her Snapchat feed and refreshes constantly like a puma waiting to pounce on a dying antelope in the wild (perhaps Africa, but not in the dessert because there's nothing in the dessert except for some tumbleweeds that blow in the wind, and, for lack of a better term, tumble).

If someone is already classified as a hoe based on existing definitions, chances are this one also applies 127% of the time.
