Completely lacking in any intellectual merit, quite likely confused if presented with a mirror and a bell. Happy on his perch or with his "lads"; often found in such a group having a cheeky Nando's.
Highly excitable and skitterish, easy to frighten, will take flight under pressure.

I met Jake/Josh/Charlie/Olly/Jack/Harry at a party and he seemed such a good match. The next day over breakfast I heard him on the phone with his friends and realised he was just a fuck boy.

An updated and more politically correct version of the derogatory "faggot." As Louis CK exlained in one of his bits, the word faggot did not mean gay when he was a kid -- you wouldn't have called someone, gay or straight, a faggot, unless they were being a faggot. Over time, however, the term became more widely associated as a homophobic slur, which necessitated the invention of a replacment. Ergo, we have the word fuckboy.

John got really upset after listening to the new Run the Jewels album, because he's a fuck boy.
