bucket friday

Any day that takes place before a strange and sometimes seemingly pointless day off of school, like Columbus Day, or Superintendent Conference Day.

A Bucket Friday can take place on any day of the week. If there is no school on Wednesday, Tuesday is a Bucket Friday (NOT a Bucket Tuesday).

The term originated when a high school student misheard his band director's words "I could get fired" as "Bucket Friday". In the weeks that followed, the term spread throughout the school with no real meaning. Annoyed with the constant yelling of "Bucket Friday!" without any meaning, the band director decided on a definition in hopes that some day before he retires, there will be a section of Hallmark cards for Bucket Friday.

Jack: Man, i hate Mondays.
James: Cheer up, we dont have school tomorrow.
Jack: You mean today is a Bucket Friday??
James: Hell yeah dude!

Black Eye Friday

"Black Eye Friday" is a colloquial term used to describe the last Friday before Christmas, due to the severe excess of violence that occurs on that night. This is a direct result of: People drinking more, the army leave, the break up of Universities and Colleges and the miriad of work nights out.

Person one: It's Black Eye Friday tonight!
Person two: Yeah, A&E put extra staff on

Friday Night Funkin'

Friday Night Funkin' is a newgrounds game with the main character "BF" who is often called "keith" or "evan" (even though ninjamuffin99 confirmed that evan wasnt his name but who listens to anyone on the internet? Thats right no body.) You compete in rap battles to make sure that no body steals your girl. The different levels are put into weeks with 2-3 songs there are 6 weeks so far without (lemon demon otherwise there would be 7 but its a secret stage.) and getting harder the more weeks you go up. The characters are; boyfriend,girlfriend,daddy dearest,skid and pump,pico,the mom,senpai,and monster (lemon demon). The fandom is well known for great artists and mods etc. And the mods are something ill talk about sometime else.

person 1: have you beat week 4 in Friday Night Funkin' yet?
person 2: of course not.You?
person 1: well good luck cause im not gonna help you.

fridayitis

The seemingly contaigous diseast that effects employees on Fridays. Symptoms include not showing up for work or even calling in, usually triggered by nice weather. Home cures include golfing, taking a trip to the shore or sleeping late and going shopping.

Half the plant is out today.. I think they're suffering from fridayitis.

black friday

The day after Thanksgiving, when stores decide to open at the asscrack of dawn to start Christmas sales. Most people fall for this ploy and wake up at 4am to fight other mothers for cheap presents.
