A grouchy old man that lives to get in everyone else's business. Dirk likes to yell at people for driving too faste "kickin up dust." Dirk is entitled, and believes that he should be allowd to do donuts in the road on his tractor without looking for traffic first.

The whole neighborhood hates Dirk. He's a bitter old man.
