A mythical infectious disease of the female genitalia in which the vaginal parts can not stop 'laughing'. The sound is actually made by tiny creatures in the ovaries releasing gas in vulgar ways. I.e Farting like a bloated nun.

A - Hmmm... what the devil is that noise?

B - It's coming from that woman's crotch... sounds like she's got a bad case of chucklemuff.
