A jerk; an 'uber dick' who's a miserable and whiny asshole. A person that has a permanent scowl and consumed by his/her own self importance. The consummate complainer who never has a word of praise; a real negative Nancy. A person that is the centre of their own universe.

John is such an ubchub for not letting Lucy get a word in edgewise at the meeting. Instead, he subjected the group to his whiny voice and expressionless face while rambling on about all the shortcomings of fellow team members. He's the important one according to the fairies and elves of ubchub utopianism.
