Stitch Up

To perform a 'Manners'.

To pass on a task or job onto somebody that already has too much work or stress without the request job to be passed on. The job is passed on without consent hense the 'stitch up'

To Stitch Up is to ot turn up to work when something needs to be done that day, having not told anyone about certain jobs that need to be done so it gets picked up by someone else who has no choice.

Running Stitch

A terrible pain caused by running which usually results into very painful moans and crying. Its like a terrible cramp but about 20x worse. It usually occurs in the area below your stomach and feels like all of those organs are about to explode which impedes you from running. It usually takes a while to go away but it will slowly get better.

While Running
Sarah: OWWWW AHHH
Julie: What's wrong?
Sarah: My stomach hurts so bad! AHHH I can't run anymore it hurts so bad!!!
Julie: Maybe you just have a cramp
Sarah: No this is worse than a cramp! I just can't run anymore!
Julie: Oh ouch I think you have a running stitch, you better just sit out for a while

gentleman's stitch

A gentleman's stitch is the stitch the doctor gives to woman after birth in the vaginal opening to make sure that future sexual activity will remain satisfactory to the man. The woman is made "tight" again for the man. Sometimes, after a child going through the birth canal, the vaginal opening can become stretched and loose which is not conductive to good Sexual activity. Does the phrase, "you could drive a Volkswagen through there" give you a hint?

When the ultrasound showed how big the baby was growing, I told the doctor I was going to need a gentleman's stitch after it was all over.
