someone who does something so bizarre that you can't help but have that WTF face. That is a randomer! Something just out of place that could only happen one in a million times.

Omg! Did you see that, how randomer! They pulled through the drive-thru and the whole rear hub assembly came off the car and rolled down the street...so crazy!

short for "random punters". when working in some area of customer service, like a shop, a customer is a random, so when you see many, then they are randoms.

worker A: oh dude, we better look busy, i spy some randoms.

worker B: maannn......that sucks, i wish they would just fuck off, i bloody hate randoms, what the hell are they doing shopping at 8am on sunday morning!?

randomer is a random stranger that we just met, he defers of other strangers because he was particularly nice or he helped us with something. we do not know any of his personal information that makes him a new friend to us.
probably we will not see him again or we will not notice him in public because he is randomer.

some randomer just helped me to change a loose tire on my car.

The act of inserting a completely unneeded but funny phrase into a passage.

ALSO

Committing an unneeded or out of the ordinary act under normal circumstances.

In responce to the statement:
"You live and then you die."

An act of randomniscity would have an answer such as:
"I think reproduction comes somewhere in the middle if you're lucky."
