Used to describe an individual that has surpassed their youth. Also described an individual who has reached a certain age when testicles begin to sag. Describing someone as "ol' balls" would be similar to describing someone who is old.
My husband is such an ol' balls. All he wants to do is stay at home and watch the evening news. I am looking into purchasing a nut bra, just to get him out of the house.
