New Mexico Classic

When a driver of a motor vehicle makes a turn while using the wrong turn signal. The phrase originated from Las Cruces in Southern New Mexico, presumably because many of the drivers who inhabit the city make this mistake.

"That guy is making a right hand turn with his left turn signal on; he is pulling a New Mexico classic".
