CTD is an acronym for "Compulsive Thrusting Disorder" it's the need to thrust your hips forward at times that can be awkward.

Boyfriend and Girlfriend are laying in bed, girlfriend sits down on guy on his hips and she starts out like she's about to say something serious, he "randomly" thrusts his hips, she has angry face, he says "Sorry, I have CTD"
