On November 2nd 2014, Tamir, a 12 year old boy was killed in Cleveland, Ohio by a police officer. Tamir was carrying a replica toy gun. Tamir was killed two second after the officer stepped out of his car.

Tamir Rice received any verbal warning before being shot, according to the witnesses.
