This kind of person may be a real police or just a vigilante. Most Internet Police are literally jerks or even trolls.
Known kinds of Internet Police:
Horny Police: Not a cop that is horny but it will give you a ticket for being horny.
Faggot Police: Commonly mentioned in 4chan due to hilarious reasons.
Edge Police: These are the cops that edgelords should watch out for.

Person 1: Can you define me what's an Internet Police?
Person 2: Those are just vigilantes or literal trolls. Nuff' said.
P1: Well, someone "snitched" me for being Horny.
P2: Just Ignore them, they're just joking even if they're a troll.

n. A dialect of the English language frequently used on the internet.
The following rules apply when using in Internet English:
-Your: most often used for both the possessive pronoun and the contraction of "you are" while the latter is more prominently used.
-There, Their and They're refer to location, possession, and the contraction of "they are," respectively, however either word can go with either meaning, thus breaking the rules familiar when using proper English.
-Wut: short for "what."
-u: short for "you." "ur" is the possessive pronoun meaning the same as "your."
...and many more rules apply, but I, unfortunately, do not have the time to write down all the rules. If you wish to learn more, find someone who is proficiently fluent in the language to teach you some slang.

The lack of conventions, lack of punctuation, frequent misspellings, and incorrect uses of words' meanings are what characterizes Internet English. This language is used often on social media and text messaging. Websites include YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

Microsoft's internet browser included with Windows systems. Faster at loading up than other browsers like Firefox and Netscape which take fucking ages. As an internet browser, it works and does its job.
Can be insecure with its default settings, but tieing them down virtually eliminates some, if not all of the security problems that people complain about. Unfortunately the reputation for spyware comes from dumb users who download shite like smiley central or are dumb enough to "YES" or "OK" to everything that pops up on screen.
Bashed by geeky open source zealots and Mozilla anoraks frequently who often over-exaggerate the truth in order to push their alternative.

IE is safe if you tie down its default security settings. I have NEVER had any malicious programs install automatically.
