Creepy Rasputin

If someone, ie, a guy, is behaving in a creepy (us. sexually creepy) manner, he may be deemed a creeper/creepy Rasputin. The name is not complete without the hand motion, a three-fingered clawing type motion with the right hand. The creepy Rasputin is the fourth level of creepiness/awkwardness.

*drunk dude dances up too closely on a girl at a frat party*

A guy who tries to impress a girl he likes, but fails when she discovers that he's a creeper.

Ex:

-Stares at the girl like a creeper
-Says creepy things
-Drives a sketchy car
-Asks her disturbing questions about the features of her house
-Creeps on her facebook

Creepsternova: "Hey! :)"

Girl: "Hey, what's up?"

Creepsternova: "Nm. Say, do you have a large window in your living room with a couch right in front of it?"
