Going absolutely banana-bat-shit crazy when taking paper towels and they won't tear along the perforations properly... having recently consumed spiced rum does not aid in the tearing.

Paper Plate Treatment Syndrome occurs when some one uses their boy/girl friend once and then discards them. It is abbreviated as PPTS. The Paper Plate Treatment can be very severe as people who give it often times boast of it to their friends and peers.
