During a well populated match of Zombie Attack on Garry's Mod, someone who tries to get past a human barricade while playing as one of the headcrab classes, yet fails and just gets in the way. Usually seen in packs of 5 or more.

an extention of the word fail, like epic fail, super fail and (insert your word here) fail. Failduck is normaly something some one say to another person after an in-successfull attempt of something.
