A male who lives in the suburb of Atlanta "Dunwoody". The whole population of the area are rich assholes who live off there daddy's money. They usually drive mommy and daddy's hand me downs and take 15 years to graduate school, and even longer to move out of the house.

Derived from the abbreviation MD. When a douche in pre-med tries to explain medical things they don't even understand. Often M-Douches like to pretend they are already doctors, performing half-assed surgeries in basements. M-Douches are not to be trusted and are to be reminded of their M-Douche status frequently.
