A **Green Card Baby** refers to a young foreign national — usually a woman — who expresses a desire to immigrate to the United States, often through romantic or marital association with a U.S. citizen. The term is derived from the *green card*, the document granting lawful permanent residence in the U.S., and is rooted in internet culture and dating discourse.
The term “Green Card Baby” typically refers to a young woman seeking U.S. residency through romantic ties, while a “Green Card Daddy” is the American man positioned — often satirically — as her potential sponsor.
