A word used to define a high accomplishment you've achieved with your mates, usually accompanied by covering your face with your two hands doing the spider-man thing. And saying "Gang Sheet!!".

Fishy Gang is based off of a skin called fishstick in the popular video game fortnite. A youtuber named Tiko makes a lot of youtube videos on fortnite. He started using a skin in the game that is basically a human fish. Tiko got really popular and then created a thing called "Fishy Gang" or "Fishy Army" Tiko stated that all you need to do to be in the fishy gang is think like a fishy, love every other fishy, and subscribe to him.
