Scratcher Pen

A small, battery-powered, rotary tattoo machine that uses cartridges instead of standard tattoo needles. Compared to standard rotary and coil machines, these machines are lighter, easier to use, and cost less, making them popular among amateur tattoo "artists" or scratchers.

While these machines do have their place and are useful for styles like fine line or tiny tattoos, the low price and ease of use makes them popular among amateur artists who really should not be tattooing anything.

Jim bought a scratcher pen off Amazon and started doing tattoos from his dorm room.

Scratcher

Someone who does not have a stable place to live nor does this person have a job because they are constantly getting kicked out of their home or fired from their job. A scratcher is always roaming the neighborhood searching for opportunistic crimes. They will steal your bike, burglarize your car, trespass and pee in your bushes.

This is the third time this year I have had this scratcher in my caseload.

When a man stand is either standing in place or taking a piss, they will use a technique known as the pinch and roll, self explanatory, and ease the itch of their balls. This can continue for seconds to minutes, some people even zone out.

Scratty Hannah

A girl who has very little hair and terrorises those around her who have hair. She is small and scrawny and looks like she should return to middle earth and look for her precious. She is a psycho who stalks people and should have a restraining order against her. A Scratty Hannah will act like she is billy big balls when she has her group of equally scratinal friends around her but we can all hear your voice shaking little girl sit back down. A Scratty Hannah has no shame and is also very narcissistic. You will know when a Scratty Hannah is about when you hear a whiny voice and when you see that all the stitch merch from primark has gone missing. You will also know when a Scratty Hannah is about because she resemble a grey squirrel she always has a backpack, probably harbouring her seeds and nuts.

Person 1: “where the hell is that whiny voice coming from”
Person 2: “I don’t know, I think a Scratty Hannah must be about”
Person 1: “oh no I hope she resides back up into her oak tree”
