A place a child or teenager is sent to learn skills that are as useful as they choose to make them later on in life. It is highly useful, but incredibly underappreciated by the majority of those of school age, particularly Americans. It is also a place where these same students will be told repeatedly that 'These are the best days of your life.' They will be told that until they are old enough to realize that nobody who wasn't rich, brilliant, or an exceptional athlete in a highly competitive school would EVER go back to their high school years given the opportunity.

When I got stationed in South Korea, I realized that if I'd studied as hard as the locals in school, I could have made plenty of money and helped many people without ever joining the Army at all!

a place that is benficcial to your future but yet is still so completely utterly boring after the first 5 minutes. it is cool though because you can meet so many hot guys and flirt with them. but still it is pretty boring but it will pay off in the long run so i guess it is okay.

1) when i went to school i was so sleepy but i didn't take a nap because i wanted to maintain my grades.
2) Damn i met this hot guy at school. he is my soulmate. we are gonna be together forever!

School is a boring place where the teachers torment you for 8 hours a day because they were beaten by their parents when they were younger and have all this anger and decide to take it out on innocent young minds.
