Basically just a twist to the phrase “Period (girl, queen, etc.)”: A slang term used by ghetto girls or gay/zesty men to show approval for an action made by another, like a verbal applause in other words.

Jessica: Vanessa, were you talking shit?!
Vanessa: OMG no I wasn’t!!
Jessica: Lying ass hoe!! *Slaps Vanessa’s face*
Emma: Oop, and that’s on periodic tables!!
