Cunt Stilts can also be referred to as female legs but in more of a derogatory way. Just like you wouldn't call a women a Cunt you wouldn't call her legs Cunt Stilts.

Dude#1: "Hey look at that hottie over there!" "Nice legs!"
Dude#2 "Man she looks like a stuck up cunt. Those aren't legs! They're cunt stilts. Let her hobble out of here on those Cunt Stilts before my pimp hand gets too strong!

When approached for a comment on the CNN expose, Brian responded with "Y'know I'm sorry for you...I'm sorry for you..." dismissing journalists in Steltering manner.
