Someone who is a massive party pooper that doesn't really care about others, just themself. They also think that they are a genius, and will occasionally say things like "hasta la pasta" or when asked what's up, they say "the sky". They also can't take a hint to save their life. There is a high possibility that they have worn a fedora at least once in their life.
