In a video game, Usually FPS based, It's when you shot/hit at a player, but the shot/hit just phases through it due to the game not detecting that the hit connected with the opponent's 'Hitbox', This mainly occurs either to lag issues, Or hitbox gaps in the opponents playermodel.
Player 1: BRO I SHOT AT YOU WITH A SNIPER AND YOU DIDN'T GET HIT TF???
Player 2: Skill issue lol.
Player 1: MAN THIS STUPID HIT REG IS GONNA MAKE ME BREAK MY CONTROLLER SOONER
Player 2: Chill tf out dayum ;-;

An individual who chats in a particular chat room, posts in a particular message board, or engages in similar social interaction mechanisms regularly for a short to moderate period of time. After which, does not interact with that group of individuals for an extended period of time, followed by going back regularly again where the cycle winds down in the manner of a slow fade relationship ending.
I'm an occasional reg in this chat room. Those three guys are occasional regs in our message board. Elvis Presley is an occasional reg in supermarket tabloids.
