Slang for someone who is just overall human. Someone who makes mistakes, acts silly, does wayyyyy too much, overexaggerating and always on another level. A manderander can be an adjective or a noun.

She's being such a manderander, running around like she just ate 10 bowls of straight sugar!

Stop asking me for that toy, manderander, I already said no the first time!
Manderander, calm your behind down! You've had way too much to drink!
