Rusty Knot

A two-person version of Naked Twister where each player starts the game with one fist or foot fully inserted inside the other person's anus. As the twisting develops, eventually both people become entangled and the grip of the anal sphincter can no longer hold tug of the engulfed appendage, causing an eruption of anal fluids that covers the participants in a cocktail of their own fecal matter, limbs twisted together, resembling a rusty knot similar to the ones historically found on fishing boats on the docks of west Manhattan in the early-to-mid 1800s.

Chloe was going to go for the usual Sunday blumpkin, but the smell of salty sea air aroused her senses into rummaging through the board game cabinet and unveiling Rusty Knot. The boys were not disappointed.
