This leaves the victim gasping for fresh air while simultaneously expelling the hot shart from their mouth onto the ass of the shart donor, making them look as though they do not know how to properly wipe their own ass.

Jimmy gave me such a bad Cleveland Hot Air Balloon the other day that I ralphed it back into his asshole and called the police.
