Getting so drunk that your mouth can't form the words in your head but you can still have a full conversation and entertain the party til the end.

Waster

Also called Wateration day is a largely celebrated holiday in Eastern Candad. It does not fall on a fixated date. It usually comes tomorrow or on November 11 or every 14th Saturday. Waster is not Waster without soggy bread with sprinkles, fast festive songs and tamed Waster worms. Waster brings rains and is a harvest oriented holiday.
