The Unicorn Police Department is... A rogue alliance created by the notorious banished prince of the royal family and the 3rd in line to the thrown, Tommy Thorn. The back story of Thomas starts with His sister deacon, One day tommy was walking around in his mansion as a little 8 year old when the most unexpected thing occurred, An assassin broke into the castle and killed his mother and gave his sister a punch that made her think she was a guy. Tommy confronted his father asking him "Why was my mother killed? why was her personal guard reduced? why wasn't there any increase in her personal guards when you knew she was being targeted?" he replied "The strong kill the weak, she was weak." tommy yelled "Then i don't want to be strong i am renouncing my line to the thrown!" He yelled "YOU ARE NOTHING! you have never existed in my eyes! you cant renounce your line to the thrown because you never existed!" Tommy vowed he would exact his vengeance. Palos Verdes Estates Police Department

The single most powerful political organization on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Somehow, they're not the most corrupt faction in the city. That position would be reserved for the Palos Verdes City Council. In combination with the Palos Verdes City Council members, they've managed to gain a chokehold on all municipal legislation and policy-making within the city.

On average, you can find the PVE Police patrolling along Palos Verdes Drive West, near the Palos Verdes High School, because they literally never patrol anywhere else. In addition, they currently consume 70% of the city's budget, which increases every year. But god forbid we outsource our police to another city to save all that money, we need to be paying all these police officers' managers $200k+ per year salaries with pensions!

The DePaul Conservative Alliance (DCA) very small group of students at DePaul University that constantly offends everyone on campus with their hate speech and demonstrations. They fly the Confederate flag, jack off to pictures of Ann Coulter(don't tell their priest!), and yell as loud as they can. Everyone thinks they are a joke. They constantly use the Bible as a method of debating. They run a shitty newspaper funded by their rich ass parents with thrilling headlines such as, "War for Oil? Sounds Good to Me!"

Hey look, the DePaul Conservative Alliance is spitting racist bullshit in the student center again! Someone should really shut them down... but then again it is only like 6 people... but they are still annoying as fuck.
