The "Confusion Stutter" happens when two people are walking in opposite directions in presumably the same line of travel. Each person does an awkward stutter step trying to find a way out of this predicament. This can repeat several times until they gather a small, yet rowdy audience who hope to see the persons involved collide in what is known as the Confusion Stutter Collision.
