The text messages, BlackBerry Messenger messages, etc. messages, that one receives on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve. May become annoying after many are received.
Can be used for several purposes:
1. To gain attention from peers. Often interpreted as sincerely spreading Christmas cheer.
2. To sincerely spread Christmas cheer. Often interpreted as gaining attention from peers.
3. To send a mass text to all one's contacts with the hidden intent of sending a message to the ex who no longer talks to you but you still care about. Is often brutally obvious. The sender often needs to move on and fucking forget about it.
4. Something to do when your family is making you bored as hell.
5. To make fun of your Jewish friends.

Get the Christmas texts mug.Nightmare (1993) is an EPIC stop-animation flick co-directed and written by Tim Burton, and based on a poem of his creation. Like any Burton movie, the visuals are absolutely STUNNING in their dark and dreamy ways, and Danny Elfman, who composed the music and gave our much loved Jack Skellington a voice to sing, just tied together this insane piece of perfection.
TNBC is not just a kid’s movie. It’s a masterpiece that doesn’t know age, because anyone will love its charming story, lovable characters, macabre humor, and kick-ass songs, which have been covered by bands including Marilyn Manson, Korn, Evanescence, Flyleaf, Rise Against, Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects, and Panic! at the Disco and more. Check em out on Youtube!
If escaping off to the worlds of Halloween Town and Xmas Town doesn’t rock your own, you’re not human!
... Pretty damn shitty that people who make subcultures a bandwagon thing cheaped The Nightmare by making it their little icon. How 'individual' to parade Jack merchandise, eh?

Kidnap the Sandy Claws
Beat him with a stick
Lock him up for 90 years
See what makes him tick
Kidnap the Sandy Claws
Chop him into bits
Mr. Oogie Boogie is sure to get his kicks
Kidnap the Sandy Claws
See what we will see
Lock him in a cage and then
Throw away the key!

Get the Charlie Brown Christmas tree mug.A celebration of humanity dating back thousands of years. It originated as a pagan celebration of the birth of the Sun, as it was celebrated on the winter equinox, and after that point, days got longer. When the Catholics/ Christians took over these pagan peoples, they replaced their holiday with their own Birth of the Son, (as in of God) to make the transition to Christianity's traditions easier. The idea of Santa Claus and his reindeer was created in the 1800s, and is loosely based on St. Nicholas, who gave random presents to people. The idea of a christmas tree dates back to German celebrations of Christmas thousands of years ago. They used an evergreen tree to symbolize life and hope in dark times, and hung apples on it. In modern times, it has again lost its religious meaning and is now used as a time of secular "joy." People spend the time with their family or friends and exchange gifts, a tradition from the Birth of Jesus. (As it is the birthday of the Lord, and people can't give Him material gifts, they exchange them with others.)

Get the christmas bogus mug.n. Oxymoronicly named period alluding to the daylight hours prior to Christmas Eve. Quite an acceptable coinage despite the objections of some opinionated pedants. An alternate etymology comes from the traditions of the Armenian Orthodox church which speak of the Bethlehem innkeeper's wife, Evangelina, who convinced her husband to allow Mary to give birth in their stable. A feast day in her honour was declared on the day preceding Christmas. Christmas Eve Day, a time for quiet contemplation and fasting, is still celebrated in Asia Minor and much of Central Alberta.
