Countries that are stereotyped as a jerkass country include France, Poland and the United States, but of course not everyone from them are assholes. There's douchey people everywhere no matter what country you're from.

Jeckeling

To harrass; cause one to find them selves in a momentary state of lapse of reason to understand.

To cause one to become knowingly in a state of self contempt.

To aid others in allowing your self to become misunderstood; envious, enabled to accept harassment with and without any contempt.

These people keep Jeckeling me; leading me on into provocations I do not understand; they seem to lack reason, I am not a willing participant to the constant harassment and bemusement to force on me.

The max level of a jerk. There is the jerk, there is the super jerk, and then there is the jerk supreme. A jerk supreme does terrible things to people simply because they like watching suffering. When mentioning a jerk supreme, you have to be as dramatic as possible.
