A social event involving multiple people dumping their fresh cooking grease down the kitchen sink in an attempt to clog the pipes. The first person to successfully clog the pipe wins. This event involves music, dance, and drinking in addition to the grease dumping.

An annual fantasy football auction draft typically held in Pelham, AL since circa 2012 where smoked meats abound, and the beer & peach shine overflow. This event is more commonly known as THE Summitt, and is organized by a ginger of the democratic persuasion. The very best ribs and smoked meats are had by all in attendance.
