System Player

Someone that lacks personality, is overly reliant on friend groups, and contributes little to nothing and lets others do the heavy lifting. They don’t have any tolerance for loneliness whatsoever — their social life hinges on their friends’ willingness to accommodate. Horrible at one-on-one conversations.

“Charles Barkley said , “If you ain’t driving the bus, don’t walk around talk in’ ‘bout you a champion. If you ridin’ the bus, I don’t wanna hear it.”

“Hmm. Some players’ rings don’t have as much weight because they weren’t the catalyst. Do you think a system player could be a good insult but more fitting for social contexts?”

Even according to players is a very old term from used in the 50's to describe any given team or single person the ability to win or lose when it comes to playing a game. It may also refer to a person in a group of friends who for whatever reason is unable to grasp the subject of the conversation. It was a polite way to say that someone was stupid.

The gang were all playing a game of cards when Billy walked up and asked who was winning. The gang replied that it was even according to players because "stupid Sam" was one of the players.

Ringette players

They are the athletes are aren’t afraid of anything. They get so annoyed at hockey players when they tell us that Ringette isn’t a sport when it is. They are the fastest people on ice no cap. They are super competitive and are great people to be around once you get to know them.

At they’re game:
Damn those some fast skaters.
That’s probably because they are Ringette players.
