The nickname for Bryan, usually given to someone named Bryan by another person who is trying really hard to be cool and fit in. The Bryan who reveives the nickname, is usually the only real cool person in the room, even cooer than the person who gave them the nickname.

b spike

B Spike is a game. It consists of one person calling the game and the start, "B Spike! Starting now". Anyone else who is playing cannot say a word starting with the letter B unless they immediately follow it up by saying Spike.
First: "Let's break it down" "Spike!"
If the person who said the "b word" fails to say spike, they are defaulted and anyone can punch their arm until they realize what they said, say spike and give in.

First: "This is bulls**t!"
Second: punch punch punch, etc, you get the idea until they surrender and lose b spike.
First: "ok, alright! Spike!"
