Lots of people say that it is the selfish thing to do when you’re depressed but it’s not. The people who say this type of stuff are real jerks. If you feel alone your not their are a lot of people who will help if you are going through a hard time, take me for example just recently I have been dealing with suicidal thoughts but i did the right thing to do and called the suicide hotline to help and knew it was the right thing to do and I just want you to know depression doesn’t go away it stays with you for the rest of you life but their are people that can help you deal with this and make those thoughts gradually go away.And please if your are harming your self or having suicidal thoughts please reach out somebody and know your not alone

You might not even know why you feel upset, but I just want you to know that I want you to find a way. It's okay if you sit down for a little while in the mist and cry. It's okay if you feel like you want to stop the pain that fills you every single day. But I want you to know that this mist you are surrounded in is against you. You don't deserve to have anything against you. I don't even know you, nor will I ever, but I know that every single human being on this tiny yet amazing planet deserves to live. More than 700 000 people die of Suicide a year. The people of this world don't deserve that. Forget about all the bad things, forget about all the good things if you feel as if you need to, and just try to move on. You are strong. You are being very brave right now.
